At Melissa Odabash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene seals attached before placing them back in the original packaging.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
